Dropped an unspoken feeling ♥

SPCA! (Society of Prevention towards Cruelty of Animal

That's the place I went today as a so called "Leo joint B.O.D project"..
It ended up 8 of us only..But surprisingly, I enjoyed myself very much..Because of this very special day, I had the opportunity to bath dogs, feed dogs and cats, carry dogs and cats, clean the cage and etc etc etc..Everything dealing with animals!!! Awh, such a great experience that I will never forget..Well, now I know why I am in LEO..It is for a reason which is to build my leadership skill, broaden my experience and to gain opportunity..By today itself, I learnt all three!

Wait, my post haven't end yet.. It is FATHER's DAY TOMORROW! Is anyone aware of that?

Well, since it is a special day for fathers tomorrow, I would love to talk a little about FATHERS here! Those who love their fathers, feel free to read..! :D

First of all.....

A SPECIAL BOND

The father-daughter bond is clearly special. No father is perfect, nor do they always know the best way to deal with their daughters. But the special bond that girls have with their fathers means that in spite of his mistakes, they still think there's no better man in their lives, and when he is proud of them, the world is a beautiful place. How a father relates to his daughter shapes her sense of worth as an adult, determines how she will relate to other men and impacts her overall confidence in whatever she sets out to do. That is the power fathers have in their lives of their daughters. And it also means fathers have the potential to influence their daughters' self-esteem, their independence and their body image.. SO TRUE!

WHAT A GIRL WANTS IS WHAT A GIRL NEEDS

Regardless of age, a father is always a father and a daughter is always a daughter. It is a relationship that lasts a lifetime. A daughter will always look to her father as the one man in her life who will always love her unconditionally and who will always be there when she needs him. It follows then, that if a father want his daughter to be capable, talented, competent, to feel beautiful and to believe in herself, he must value her talents and trust her insights. And it is his behaviour, not just his words, that will be her guide. Here are some of the key things that every daughter needs from her father :

- Guide me through my choices

- Encourage me to know I can

- Comfort me when I've messed up

- Paint a vision of my future

- Protect me from danger

Dear daddy. remember that you have a vital role to play in the life of your precious daughter. And remember too that she can live her life freely with confidence and strength, knowing there is a soft, safe place of love in your arms if she ever takes a wrong turn in life and falls.

So, what makes a father special to a daughter?

- A father teaches his daughter what men are and what sort of treatment she can expect from them. He gives her the first linking of what men will think of her.

- A father will give his daughter the edge she needs in order to love and accept herself, and meet the challenges of personal and professional achievement with confidence.

- A father provides the right balance of warmth, structure and discipline that grounds his daughter with a healthy self-image.

- Above all else, a father sets the foundation of unconditional love and trust for his daughter..!
